The previous occupant of the flat has gone absconding and her fiancé, also happens to be her neighbor (Ankur Vikal) is a scary person who laughs insanely. Mahek at her home, hears awkward voices and sees troubling visions. Her boyfriend feels her condition is getting worse, but she is sure that it is related to the previous missing occupant.

Is she right in this matter or it is just her phobia?

The scary quotient of the movie is good, especially in the first half. The performances of all the actors are good and scary enough. Background score and camera work are also good.

The interval scene is really really scary. There are some unexpected funny and hilarious scenes too.

The first half is interesting and scary, but second half is a let down. The second half is stretched and hardly a few scenes are scary. The mystery of the missing girl is concluded in an unexpected way, the scenes later only add to the confusion.

The conclusion is also disappointing and a complete let down.

However, overall it is a nice one time watch movie.
