Indu Sarkar is an upcoming Indian Hindi film, directed by Madhur Bhandarkar. Indu Sarkar is produced under the banner of Bhandarkar Entertainment and Mega Bollywood Private Limited. The film is set in the period of the emergency in India, i.e., the 21-month long period from 1975 to 1977 when a state of emergency across the country.
